Trauma-Informed Workshops:
My workshops are based on a trauma-informed approach, that is, a way of providing support that recognizes the impact that stress, difficult experiences and traumas can have on the body, emotions, behavior and relationships.
Being trauma-informed is not about seeking out trauma, but about creating a framework for learning and exploration where everyone can feel safe, respected, and free to move forward at their own pace.
In my workshops, the body is central to the experience. We explore how the nervous system influences how we feel, react, relate to, and adapt to the world. Through somatic practices, time for sharing, and guided explorations, participants are invited to develop greater body awareness, regulation, and internal resources.
This approach values choice, self-awareness, and autonomy. It allows learning without performance pressure, in a space where every experience is welcomed with respect and kindness.
These workshops are aimed at anyone wishing to better understand their own functioning, develop their regulatory capacity and deepen their relationship with their body, whether in a personal or professional context.
